Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy A 48-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows your reserved time to be offered to another guest. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total service amount originally booked, which will be charged to the card on file. No-show appointments will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Exceptions — Illness or Emergency I understand unexpected situations happen. • A one-time exception may be made for illness or emergency with proof provided (such as a doctor’s note or documentation). • A second illness or emergency will not be excused and will result in the standard 50% cancellation fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. • Guests arriving 10 minutes or more late will be charged a $25 late fee. • Service type and/or duration may need to be adjusted to fit within the remaining time. • If your arrival prevents the appointment from being completed, your appointment may be canceled, and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. • No showing a consultation appointment will result in a $25 fee.
